FSSA has issued our agency grant funding to support our direct service workforce. We used the funding to provide immediate support to our workforce, dedicating 90% to bonuses and increased hourly rates. As a part of our long-term strategy, we also invested in advanced training and educational opportunities to support our workforce in providing high quality care to the individuals they serve.
