I am a family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field. I started my journey as a CNA and worked my way up to LPN, RN, and now NP. Throughout my career, I have held various roles, including hospital-based nursing, long-term care, oncology, home health, working with children with intellectual and developmental delays, case management, and care management.
I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2019 as a geriatric care manager. Currently, I am the only certified geriatric care manager through the Aging Life Care Association in Northwest Indiana. In my role as a geriatric care manager, I identified the need for quality home care, which led to the founding of Inspire Care and Support Services.
Through Inspire Care, we provide home care services to seniors, individuals with physical disabilities, and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As I continued to observe that our clients were presented with chronic medical conditions, I recognized the need to address these gaps. This realization led to the creation of our home health sister company, Inspire Nursing Services. Together, these services provide a holistic model of care across the continuum.
My mission is to create quality outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enable individuals to age in place in their desired environments.
